Manta Lodge
The
Manta Lodge is situated at the northern end of Tobago
(West Indies), offering easy access to some of the best diving sites that
Tobago has to offer. Overlooking the sea in an attractive tropical setting, the
Manta Lodge has 20 rooms, all with en-suite facilities. It is a great place to
unwind and enjoy Tobago’s relaxed life-style. The Manta Lodge has its own
restaurant/bar offering snacks and main meals, and a pool. The Dive Centre is attached to the Lodge. Local restaurants are also close
by.
As
well as the excellent diving, the Manta Lodge is within easy reach of Tobago’s
lush rainforest, some beautiful beaches and the island of Little Tobago –
famous for its bird life.
The
Diving
In
the waters around Speyside
you will experience some beautiful reefs, including the Japanese Gardens – home
to many tropicals and attractive green and yellow
sponges, as well as the possibility of seeing tarpon, turtles, rays and black
tip sharks. Diving in this region you are likely to
encounter some drifts – ranging from gentle to fast.
